- Ingredientes para hacer el Plato principal:
- 100 grs Champiñones
- 1 Cucharada Aceite de Coco u Oliva
- 3 Huevos
- 20 grs Queso tierno, utilicé Brie
- 2 Cucharadas Pesto de Perejil
- al gusto Sal

- Empezamos haciendo el Pesto: Echamos todos los Ingredientes (Perejil, Ajo, Aceite, Cacahuetes, Queso, Sal y Pimentón Picante) y trituramos hasta tener una Salsa homogénea. Reservamos.
