- 1/2 vaso agua
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal
- 3 cucharadas salsa de tomate (yo he usado casera)

- Pelamos la zanahoria, la lavamos y la cortamos en rodajas. Lavamos también los champiñones y los partimos en láminas.
- En una sartén echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y cuando esté caliente añadimos los champiñones y las zanahorias. Echamos una pizquita de sal. Dejamos que las verduras se vayan cocinando a fuego muy suave.
- Cortamos los filetes en tiras pequeñas y las cocinamos en una sartén con un poquito de aceite de oliva. Una vez hechas las añadimos a la sartén junto con las verduras.
- En un bol ponemos 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja y una cucharada de azúcar, mezclamos bien.
- Añadimos a la sartén junto con las verduras y la ternera las 3 cucharadas de salsa de tomate y el medio vaso de agua. Dejamos reducir. Una vez haya reducido añadimos la mezcla de salsa de soja con el azúcar y mezclamos muy bien.
- Cocinar un par de minutos más y servir. (Yo aproveché que me sobró polvo de cacahuete de la comida y se lo puse por encima) ☺️
