  5. Añadir los dientes de ajo prensados y el perejil, remover y dejae sofreír hasta que el ajo empiece a soltar su aroma
  6. Añadimos los champiñones cortados en láminas finas, damos unas vueltas hasta que veamos que empiezan a perder la rigidez
  7. Dejamos cocer removiendo de vez en cuando hasta que se evapore todo el líquido.
    Salpimentamos al gusto
  8. Solo queda rellenarlos, espolvorear queso rallado, cerrarlos de la manera que quieras y meterlos en una bandeja de horno y unos 5 minutos
