- Quitar los tronquitos al champiñón, lavarlos, reservamos el champiñón y troceamos los tronquitos en cuadraditos muy pequeños, igual haremos con el bacon y reservamos



- Si utilizamos la cebolla, la picamos en cuadraditos pequeños y la pochamos en 2 cucharadas de aceite hasta que este transparente y tierna, entonces añadimos el bacon dejamos freír hasta que este bien hecho y añadimos los trocitos de champiñón



- Cuando el champiñón esta blando, ponemos el queso y lo mezclamos bien, entonces añadimos la nata y lo dejamos cocer unos minutos, (la masa no tiene que quedar muy líquida) ya que es con lo que rellenaremos los champiñones



- Ponemos sal a los champiñones y en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite los ponemos primero boca abajo dejamos hacer, les damos la vuelta (esto lo puedes hacer un par de veces) por último calentamos la masa y rellenamos los champiñones estando estos todavía en la sartén, los dejamos un poquito y los servimos en un plato, adornamos con un poquito de cebollino. NOTA si utilizamos el bote de cebolla frita primero freímos el bacon cuando este frito añadimos el champiñón troceado
- Y cuando este a medio hacer añadimos la cebolla el resto todo igual que la receta
